Walking with the Earth

About this event

Globethics.net Publications is planning a new book titled 'Walking with the Earth: Intercultural Perspectives on Ethics of Ecological caring ', and invites you to contribute by reflecting on the ethical underpinnings of being related with the earth and all living beings from the standpoint of diverse experiences, disciplines and schools of thought in all regions of the world. This intercultural endeavour will offer insights and responses beyond a comparative anthropological project on values; it will constitute a way to define and ground a genuine framework for ecological caring across cultures. 

The book aims to contribute to interdisciplinary exchange on one of the most challenging ethical themes of contemporary times and advance the intercultural discourse on ecological caring and ethics of care in theory and practice. Aligned with the Globethics.net mission, the book aims to gather contributions from authors of all continents and cultivate a space for intellectual co-creation as an intercultural project. Deadlines

> Submission of 300 word abstract - 30 August 2021
> Submission of full manuscript - 21 October 2021 

The final text of the paper will be submitted for adoption by the Globethics.net Publications and published in the Globethics.net Co-Publications & Others Series. Globethics.net Publications reserves the right to select contributions for this book.
