null New Library collection: BNBT 2022 conference papers and presentations

Following several months of hard work to consolidate resources from the Building New Bridges Together 2022 (BNBT2022) International Conference, we are pleased to announce the latest addition to the library: a collection containing the keynote addresses, papers, presentations and posters presented at the conference.

The BNBT2022 conference, held from 17-19 October 2022 in Geneva, Switzerland, gathered participants from all over the world in discussion on the theme of Ethics and Values at the Heart of Quality Education. Enriching workshops and panels sought to advance the discussion around the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4 on quality education, with a particular focus on ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all.

The conference, and therefore this collection of resources, was developed around three vital strategic dimensions, reflecting the driving themes of each day of the event:

  1. Being in COMMUNITY – Ethics and Values for the Societies We Want
  2. Being in RELATION – Ethics and Values through Educational Collaboration for the Common Good
  3. Being in DIALOGUE – Ethics and Values for Shaping Quality Education

Highlights of the BNBT2022 Library Collection include the keynote speech of Elena Ippoliti, Coordinator of the UN Human Rights Education and Training Unit; contributions by Gilles Bach, Globethics.net Academy course instructor, and Ebba Ossiannilsson, board member of the International Council for Open and Distance Education, on the importance of open and online education and bridging the digital divide for inclusive education, and several presentations on ethical leadership for a sustainable future, Globethics.net's vision as part of the 2023-2027 strategy.

This collection can be found under Globethics.net collections >> Globethics.net Conference >> Building New Bridges Together alongside resources from the 2020 and 2021 editions of the BNBT Conference.
