St. Joseph's College of Commerce, Bangalore, with the collaboration of Globethics.net India, is organising a two day Virtual International Conference on "Enhancing teaching competencies through professional ethics" on the 7-8 October 2021.

The main objective of this conference is to make the participants understand how relevant professionalism is and how it can help in achieving high standards at the workplace.

Call for Chapter contribution: Selected chapters will be published in an edited book.

The conference invites theoretical and empirical articles as chapters on the following aspects-

• Professional ethics in schools/colleges/universities
• Professional ethics of teaching and research integrity
• Educators and ethical code of society
• Role of ethics in teacher-students relationship
• Code of ethics for educators
• Dimensions of professional ethics in teaching
• Professional standards and practices in teaching
• Teaching values and ethical principles

Important Dates:

1st October 2021- Article submission

3rd October 2021- Intimation of acceptance

Instructions:

• The article should have an abstract of not be more than 250 words with at least five keywords.
• The total length of the article should be of minimum 2500, maximum 3000 words.
• The references should be in APA style.
• The submission should be in MS Word format in Times New Roman-12, Headings-14, justified alignment with 1.5 spacing.
