Dr Anh Tho Andres-Kammler is a multicultural and multilingual professional with over 35 years of work experience in Vietnam, Switzerland, Norway and Singapore. Since 2021, she has published a series of publications on Ethics Education and change management with a focus on the Southeast Asian business environment, especially the relationship between Vietnam and ASEAN. As a former coordinator of Globethics based in Geneva, she still keeps a close collaboration with Globethics Publications as a co-editor of the Vietnam Ethics Series and is a member of the Pool of Ethics Experts.

Holder of a Ph.D in Social Sciences from the Sorbonne, a. C.G. from HEC Montréal and a Professional Certificate in Professional and Civil Mediation from the Université de droit Sherbrooke (Québec), an academic, a structure development consultant and a mentor, Ms. Messaadi's mastery of the European and North American educational and managerial models is an asset in her profile. The humanities are the foundation of her academic and managerial expertise. Her research applied to the realities of corporate life, her action plans for the implementation of change pedagogy and the implementation of an ethics policy in the academic world give her career a realistic vision centered on human capital in the new organization of work, the mobility of knowledge and multicultural wealth. Her new field of exploration is care management and ethics policies, which she is currently working on and experimenting with. The theory of care management, based on ethics, is in full swing in an environment where management goes hand in hand with ethics and change.
