The Globethics Head Office team is located in Geneva, Switzerland close to the United Nations agencies, diplomatic missions and other international non-governmental organisations. Together with the Regional Programmes and National Contacts, Globethics develops resources and promotes ethics in higher education.

Fadi Daou has an academic, policy-making, and social entrepreneurship background. He is a professor of the geopolitics of religions, with extensive research and publication activity. Since 2021, he has been working on a research project at the University of Geneva. He has also contributed to the foundation of many civil society organisations, and was until 2020 the CEO of Adyan Foundation, working for diversity management and peacebuilding. He has contributed to policy dialogues and mediations in sensitive contexts. He also provides consulting services to governments and international organisations on strategic management and policy-making in the fields of peace, pluralism, and social cohesion. In 2020, he received the Elevate Prize for global thinkers and change-makers.
