The conference tries to assess the hope invested into democracy: a) political hope first, directed to setting up democratic processes; b) uncompleted hope then in relation with decisions taken; c) universal hope finally, with visions of a desired society.
La conférence tente d’évaluer les espoirs placés dans la démocratie : a) espoirs politiques d’abord pour la mise en place des processus ; b) espoirs inachevés concernant les décisions prises, ensuite ; c) espoirs universels en fin de compte dans la vision de projets de société.
